This is a full-time, work-from-home position where you’ll hold Zoom calls with qualified prospects, present our high-value coaching programs, and close sales using our proven PowerPoint presentations and step-by-step scripts — all while earning great pay plus performance-based bonuses.

You’ll be selling one or two of our premium coaching programs priced at $7,500 and $10,000 USD, helping business owners and entrepreneurs achieve real transformation through our training.

You’ll receive full training on our programs, sales process, and client qualification system before taking calls independently.

We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Remote Sales & Enrollment Specialist to hold Zoom calls, present our programs, qualify leads, and close sales.

Work remotely from your home in the Philippines

Full-time: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

Work hours: Must be available during U.S. business hours — typically 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time (10 PM to 6 AM Philippine Time)

No work on most major Philippine holidays

Hours

Our Remote Sales & Enrollment Specialist – Philippines position is a full-time, work-from-home role. You will work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday through Friday), including short breaks and a lunch break as needed.

Because you will be speaking with U.S.-based clients, you must be available to work during U.S. Central Time business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT, which is 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time.

Work is not required during most major Philippine holidays.

This is a stable, long-term position, and reliability is extremely important. Consistent attendance, professionalism, and focus during your shift are expected and appreciated.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be located in the Philippines and meet the following criteria:

Must-Have Experience & Skills

Proven online sales experience — ideally high-ticket programs or services sold via Zoom or video calls

• Able to conduct consultative sales conversations, focusing on client needs and solutions rather than high-pressure tactics

Demonstrated track record of closing sales — be ready to provide past sales numbers or references

Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written; comfortable presenting, handling objections, and building rapport on video calls

Results-driven mindset — motivated by performance-based pay and achieving measurable outcomes

Independent and self-motivated — can work reliably from home, manage your schedule, and stay focused

Comfortable with qualified leads only — able to turn down unqualified calls and document reasons in the CRM

Preferred Experience & Skills

Experience with Email follow ups, Zoom, online calendars, and follow-up tools

Familiarity with high-ticket coaching, B2B services, or similar industries

Experience conducting or supporting webinars
