ONE WORKFORCE GLOBAL CORPORATION is seeking a Production and Supply Planner to coordinate demand, production, and supply plans ensuring product availability and optimized inventory. You will act as the primary link among Sales, Marketing, Finance, and suppliers while driving cost-savings initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in demand or production planning, strong analytical skills, and hands-on ERP/NetSuite experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, production planning, or S&OP in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Strong forecasting and inventory analytics with ability to translate demand into plans.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience; NetSuite familiarity a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate demand, production, and supply plans ensuring product availability.
• Lead consensus forecasting with Sales & Marketing and co-manufacturers.
• Translate forecasts into production requirements and timelines.
• Monitor inventory across locations and align with capacity and sourcing.
