Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Product Leader to head the client’s product development team for consumer electronics, guiding products from concept through production and coordinating with manufacturing partners in China.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with proven leadership and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced product initiatives in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience directly leading and developing product teams, with proven people management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading the complete development of consumer electronics products from concept through manufacturing and launch.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a product-related field.
• Functional English with the ability to lead meetings and communicate with manufacturing partners in China.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, supplier collaboration, and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the product development team to drive new electronics products from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners in China to ensure timely, quality product introductions.
• Oversee lifecycle management and coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering and operations.
