Job summary

Carbon Technology Group is seeking a full-time, remote, full-stack product engineer for Latin America-based candidates. You will own customer problems from design to production across UI, API, and database layers, coordinating with nontechnical stakeholders when needed.

You will ship features with an AI-first mindset, ensuring security, isolation, and test coverage, while maintaining alignment with a US business day schedule (9–5 PT/ET).

Qualifications

• Backend and API development experience.
• Relational database design and SQL proficiency.
• Strong computer science fundamentals.
• Production debugging mindset and verification in prod.
• Daily use of modern AI development tools.
• Fluent English communication with US customers.

Responsibilities

• Own features from discovery to production and verification.
• Trace data lineage to diagnose dashboard issues and fix root cause.
• Collaborate with customer conversations when technical discovery helps.
• Build multi-tenant BeeSuite with proper isolation and security.
• Work across UI, API, and database layers to deliver reliable software.
