Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks an Associate Specialist in Procurement Operations to manage quotes, purchase orders, and vendor contracts. The role collaborates with finance, legal, and operations to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in procurement, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication. This role supports process improvements and ongoing compliance across TES and potential EBS units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 1–3 years in procurement or related operations
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy
• Experience with vendor portals and purchasing systems
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent English written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes from vendor portals based on requests.
• Review quotes, SOWs, contracts for completeness.
• Create and match purchase orders to quotes and contracts.
• Process orders through vendor portals and manufacturer channels.
• Track orders and update stakeholders promptly.
• Support contract renewal and procurement records accuracy.
• Assist with audits and process improvements.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.
• Escalate complex issues and manage risks.
