Opensity Solutions is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to oversee strategic sourcing, buying, and contract review for the Technology Enabled Services (TES) unit. The role collaborates with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate, timely client orders and optimal vendor performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in procurement or related operations, strong attention to detail, and experience with vendor portals, ERP, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years in procurement or related operations.
• Experience with vendor portals, ERP and CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes from vendor and distributor portals based on internal requests and client requirements.
• Review quotes, Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Create purchase orders that accurately match approved quotes, contracts, and SOWs.
• Process orders through vendor portals, distributor systems, and direct manufacturer channels.
• Track orders through completion and follow up on outstanding items.
