You will turn operations into reliable software-driven processes and help clients adopt them with confidence. The role emphasizes hands-on collaboration, clear English communications, and the ability to translate workflows into scalable SOPs and visual diagrams.

Qualifications

• Property management ops across leasing, resident services, or maintenance
• Clear English communication with clients
• Ability to design processes and translate to SOPs in an automation context

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core PM processes across operations and client needs
• Develop and test workflows in automation software ensuring reliable execution
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Create, revise, and maintain SOPs and translate processes into visual diagrams (LucidChart)
• Ensure quality aligned with PM Ops standards and drive continuous improvement
