Job summary

C9 Pty is seeking a Customer-Facing RPA Expert / Consultant to help clients streamline operations and drive digital transformation through Robotic Process Automation. The role is remote with Australian business hours alignment and project-based engagement.

You will design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere, while engaging with clients, conducting workshops, and advising on automation strategy.

Qualifications

The Role

C9 is looking for a Customer-Facing RPA Expert / Consultant who’s passionate about helping clients streamline operations and drive digital transformation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA). You’ll partner directly with customers to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using leading tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Component Building: Build reusable automation components, workflows, and integrations.
• Workshops & Training: Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client teams.
• Strategic Advisory: Advise on automation strategy, governance, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with C9’s technical and delivery teams to ensure quality and customer success.
• Documentation: Document and analyze business processes to ensure accurate automation execution and standards.

Working Arrangements

Remote; must be available during Australian Business Hours (AEST). Tools and equipment provided per company policy.

Remuneration & Incentives
