Job summary

Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel company with a distributed production network. The Printer Relationships Management Associate will own relationships with printers across the United States, ensuring orders move smoothly from production to delivery.

You will solve production issues, coordinate inventory, and continuously improve workflows, working across Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to optimize performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years in operations, vendor management, supply chain, or related role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with printer/production partners via regular calls, emails, and other channels.
• Coordinate production timelines and resolve delays before customers are affected.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions and process improvements.
