Job summary

Fresh Prints, a New York-based custom apparel company, partners with 80+ printers to print and ship orders across the United States. As a Printer Relationships Management Associate, you will own relationships with printers/vendors across the US and work to ensure orders move through production smoothly.

No two days are the same here; you’ll solve issues, coordinate inventory, and improve processes across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years in operations, vendor management, supply chain, or related role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with printer/production partners through regular communication.
• Coordinate production timelines and resolve order delays to protect customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech teams.
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
