Job summary

TTEC Digital in the Philippines is seeking an experienced AWS Principal Software Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will maintain designed AWS solutions for clients, develop, test, and deploy changes, and help refine delivery processes.

The role requires cloud architecture mastery, 5+ years development, and experience with TypeScript/Node.js and AWS services, plus Agile/Scrum. This is a fully remote, US-hours role supporting global clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• 5+ years’ development experience with 3+ years of experience in TypeScript/Node.js on AWS.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Ability to understand before prescribing a solution.
• Passion for latest development practices and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Daily meetings with the internal team.
• Weekly meetings with clients and account managers.
• Requirements analysis and design conversations for new enhancements.
• Work on Jira tasks building systems and deploying resources with CloudFormation/Serverless templates.
• Learn and apply AWS best practices and new languages within the team.
