BairesDev is seeking a Power BI Developer to transform raw data into actionable insights and bridge data engineering with business stakeholders. You will craft enterprise-level reports and dashboards that drive data‑driven decisions.

You will design reports, optimize data models, and implement robust validation. This role emphasizes remote collaboration across a global, multicultural team and offers flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Proven expertise in creating BI solutions and complex data models using Power BI.
Advanced proficiency in writing DAX measures and Power Query data transformations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Power BI reports and dashboards.
Write complex DAX measures and calculations to meet business requirements.
Build and optimize scalable data models and perform data transformations using Power Query.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and testing procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and visualization standards.
Manage and publish reports within Power BI service with proper security controls.
