Job summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a Power BI Developer to design and deliver dashboards and reports focused on financial and accounting data. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle EPM and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

You will connect Power BI to various data sources, implement data modelling and DAX calculations, and ensure data accuracy and security within datasets and workspaces.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting analytics, and budgeting dashboards.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focused on financial and accounting data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and EPM teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Connect Power BI to data sources (Oracle EPM, ERP systems, financial data models) to create dynamic, interactive reports.
• Implement data modelling, DAX calculations, and advanced Power BI features to optimize performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within Power BI datasets and workspaces.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and visualizations aligned with financial reporting needs.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support management decision-making and forecasting.
