NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a BI Analyst & Developer for a fully remote role reporting to the SVP, Business Solutions. Build and interpret Power BI reports, data models, and dashboards to empower leadership and business teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL, data modeling, DAX skills and a track record of reliable self-service analytics. Five years of BI experience is required; mortgage lending is a plus. Above-market salary and HMO on Day 1 are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing, building, and analyzing reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI or a comparable BI tool.
• Experience in mortgage lending is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that are accurate, high-performing, and easy for business users to navigate.
• Develop and optimize data models, measures, and DAX calculations to support reliable, scalable reporting.
• Connect to, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources using SQL and Power Query for clean, analysis-ready datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful metrics and insights.
• Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, refresh schedules, and security to ensure secure, current reports.
