You will identify social moments, create rough vertical cutdowns, and maintain an organized Premiere Pro workflow. Remote, flexible schedule with potential ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience editing long-form podcast content in a premium YouTube style; samples required.

Responsibilities

• Sync and assemble multi-camera footage into full-length 60–90 minute episodes.
• Edit dialogue with clean cuts, natural transitions, and dynamic pacing.
• Balance and clean dialogue audio for a consistent listening experience.
• Remove dead air and pauses while preserving conversational rhythm.
• Identify 4–6 strong moments per episode for social media clips.
• Create rough timelines for vertical social media cutdowns for internal polish.
• Apply B-roll, overlays and visuals to strengthen storytelling.
• Maintain a clean, organized Premiere Pro project structure for easy handoff.
