Qualifications

• Experience editing long-form video content such as podcasts, interviews, training videos, or full-length episodes.
• Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, storytelling flow, and production quality.
• Ability to splice, trim, clean, and organize raw video footage.
• Experience creating basic text overlays, graphics, and light visual effects.
• Basic knowledge of audio cleanup and color correction.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video content, including full episodes and interviews.

• Maintain pacing, transitions, visual consistency, and production quality.
