About the Role

We're looking for a Podcast Video Editor who can bring long-form, interview-style video content to life with precision, efficiency, and creative flair. You'll be responsible for editing video podcast episodes and delivering polished, professional final cuts that align with our brand standards and storytelling approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on interview-based podcast formats, be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, and capable of managing multiple projects with quick turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video podcast episodes in Adobe Premiere Pro, following a defined project structure and naming convention.
• Interpret and execute edits based on a video brief document, ensuring all creative and technical requirements are met.
• Sync multi-camera recordings, audio tracks and graphics to produce clean, professional edits.
• Apply brand-approved templates, titles, captions and transitions consistently across all edits.
• Collaborate with producers and account managers to incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Manage and deliver assets using LucidLink, and track progress within ClickUp.
• Maintain an average turnaround time of three days per project.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro - this is your main editing environment.
• Proven experience editing interview-style or podcast-based video content.
• Ability to follow structured project templates and naming standards accurately.
• Comfortable interpreting video briefs and translating creative direction into finished edits.
• Confident using ClickUp (for task management) and LucidLink (for media access).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with B2B brands or thought leadership content.
• Familiarity with producing short-form social content from longer podcast episodes (e.g. clips, reels, teasers).
• Basic motion graphics or captioning experience (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
