ClinicMind is seeking a remote events and content manager to organize and promote chiropractic conferences, webinars, and podcasts for U.S. audiences. You will handle calendar logistics, guest coordination, and lead routing while leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B events or webinar programs, strong English on-air presence, and hands-on paid social advertising experience to drive registrations and leads.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leading B2B events or webinar programs.
• Fluent English and comfortable as an on-air host.
• Experience marketing to U.S. audiences; healthcare a plus.
• Hands-on paid social advertising with measurable results.
• Podcast production experience with Riverside or Descript.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendar and remote logistics for U.S. chiropractic conferences and trade shows.
• Plan, produce, and moderate a recurring webinar series.
• Own our podcast from guest booking to publication.
• Run paid social campaigns that drive registrations and podcast growth.
• Log, clean, and route every lead in our CRM within 48 hours.
• Use AI tools to automate content, lead processing, and reporting.
