Job summary

CoDev Philippines is seeking a Project Manager – Fortified & Resilience Specialist to remotely support FORTIFIED Commercial and Multifamily projects. You will review drawings, assess wind loads, building envelopes, and compliance, and coordinate with evaluators and clients.

Training and mentorship are provided to develop expertise in resilience programs. The role extends to Property Resilience Assessments (PRA) under ASTM E3429, with emphasis on flood and seismic risk, climate data

Qualifications

Experience in resilience consulting, risk engineering, or civil/structural engineering.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and building systems.
Familiarity with FEMA flood/seismic data is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client deliverables.

Responsibilities

Manage FORTIFIED Commercial and Multifamily projects, including reviews and documentation.
Review architectural/structural drawings for compliance with FORTIFIED standards.
Evaluate product submittals and prepare supporting documentation for designations.
Support PRA practices and hazard/risk assessments in line with ASTM E3429.
Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to clients and teams.
