Qualifications

Licensed professional in civil engineering or architecture or related field as per the Philippines authority.
Master’s in sustainable building or related field is advantageous.
Experience with green building standards and resilience measures.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance on green, resilient construction practices for retrofitting projects.
Review conditions to improve structural resilience and energy/water efficiency.
Recommend seismic retrofitting and flood-resilience measures for buildings.
Integrate climate adaptation into design and construction.
Ensure designs meet LEED, EDGE, BERDE and other standards.
Review drawings and specifications for sustainability and resilience.
Assist in documenting resilience performance and capacity-building activities.
