This full-time, remote position aligns with U.S. Pacific Time business hours. You will manage discovery deadlines, organize medical records, conduct online investigations, and assist with depositions and trial preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on personal injury paralegal experience focused on litigation.
• Experience propounding and responding to written discovery.
• Strong online investigation and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; highly organized and independent.

Responsibilities

• Support active personal injury matters, including auto accidents and premises liability.
• Prepare, propound, and respond to written discovery, subpoenas, and production requests.
• Manage party discovery from prep to responses and follow-up.
• Prepare subpoenas for medical and third-party records.
• Review discovery responses and identify missing information.
• Assist with meet-and-confer correspondence and disputes.
• Track discovery deadlines and court dates.
• Organize medical records and case documents.
• Conduct online factual investigation and legal research.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial prep.
