Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience preferred; 3+ years acceptable.
• Experience in probate and estate planning helpful.
• Ability to draft and review legal documents with precision.

Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with legal services as part of a remote team.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
• Draft Estate Plans, Transfers and Deeds with accuracy.
• Respond to clients and manage documents and redlines.
