Job summary

AirGarage is seeking a Compliance and Permitting Specialist to research and secure necessary permits and licenses across 300+ parking facilities nationwide. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory processes. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in compliance or regulatory roles and experience with government application procedures. This remote-first position offers health benefits, equity in the company, and unlimited PTO. Travel is required ~6 weeks/year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, permitting, or regulatory role, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tax compliance and navigating government processes.

Responsibilities

• Research and obtain permits and licenses for new parking facilities.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and renew permits in a timely manner.
