Job summary

EuroAsia Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Permits Specialist to manage permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for store launches, renovations, and ongoing operations. You will liaise with LGUs and government agencies to secure approvals and maintain compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years in permits or government relations, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to travel to government offices as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in permits, licensing, government relations, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with government permitting procedures, regulatory requirements, and LGU processes.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and conduct transactions or visits to government offices as required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving a four-wheeled vehicle and/or motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Handle the processing and management of permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for new store launches, renovations, and ongoing operations.
• Liaise with LGUs and relevant government agencies to secure approvals, process renewals, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with government offices while representing the company in licensing and permit-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with Construction, Site Acquisition, and other internal teams to ensure efficient and timely permit processing.
• Track permit expirations, monitor regulatory changes, and keep licensing documentation and records complete and up to date.
• Provide regular status and progress reports and assist with other regulatory and compliance-related projects when needed.
