Penbrothers is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media, analytics, and lead-gen infrastructure. You will connect HubSpot with Google and Meta, optimize campaigns, and drive a predictable homeowner lead pipeline.

You will work in a remote setup from the Philippines, with standard weekday hours in the Singapore/Philippines timezone and occasional after-hours during major campaigns. A strong agency background and deep Google/Meta mastery are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media buying, and growth operations.
• Strong agency background in Digital, Performance, or Integrated Social Media Agencies is highly preferred.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Google Ecosystem (Ads Manager, Search, GA4) and Meta Business Suite & Analytics.
• Strong understanding of AEO dynamics in AI-driven search.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly Google Ads and Meta advertising budgets, launching and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain brand ranking and SEO hygiene with a focus on emerging AEO dynamics across AI search interfaces.
• Track platform dashboards (GA4, Meta Business Suite) weekly and extract actionable insights.
• Integrate lead capture workflows with plug-and-play CRM integrations (HubSpot) to improve automation.
• Analyze creative asset performance and guide new asset requests to improve results.
• Stay ahead of bi-weekly platform updates and adopt AI tools to optimize targeting and budgets.
