Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive customer acquisition, online engagement, and digital conversion across marketing channels. You will own Meta and Google advertising programs, optimize campaigns for ROAS, manage audiences, analyze data, and refine strategies to improve results.

The role also involves tracking performance, supporting SEO efforts, and contributing to online sales initiatives from a home-based setup, with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience improving online conversion rates and customer acquisition strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, or e-commerce marketing is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Overseeing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing initiatives.
• Monitoring Google Analytics and preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Improving SEO performance and identifying opportunities to increase organic traffic.
• Supporting our TELUS EPP online sales portal by analyzing customer behavior and recommending improvements to boost online sales.
• Tracking website traffic sources, customer journeys, and drop-off points to enhance digital performance.
• Assisting with social media planning, content strategy, and audience growth initiatives.
