Our Clients is seeking a People & Culture Development Manager to lead key people initiatives that support business growth while creating an engaging and high-performing remote workplace. This experienced HR professional thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances strategic planning with operational excellence.

Fully remote role with Philippine focus; requires Salesforce expertise and strong capability in learning & development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
• At least 5 years in an HR management or leadership role.
• Strong background in HRBP, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
• Experience leading workforce and succession planning and talent development.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and manage change.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly preferred.
• Technical skills include Salesforce (SF).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: partner with senior leadership to execute people strategies.
• Translate business objectives into measurable HR initiatives and priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve organizational challenges.
• Talent Development: design leadership programs and drive succession planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement.
• Employee Engagement & Total Rewards: lead engagement initiatives and benchmark rewards.
• Oversee benefits for a remote workforce and coordinate company-wide activities.
• HR Operations & Compliance: oversee onboarding/offboarding and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment documentation.
