Workstream Platform Services Limited seeks a Payroll Managed Services Representative to support customers with payroll needs using AI-powered tools. You will ensure accurate, confidential payroll processing while maintaining high-quality customer service.

This permanently remote role offers a monthly stipend, annual bonuses, and flexible PTO. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to optimize workflows and automate processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in payroll, customer service, operations, HR tech, finance operations, or related field.
• Experience with payroll processes and customer support.
• Comfort with software and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, investigate issues, and provide clear resolutions.
• Prepare regular payrolls using customer data and recurring items.
• Review payroll data for discrepancies and apply controls.
• Deliver accurate and timely payroll services to customers.
• Handle sensitive payroll data with confidentiality.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
• Apply human judgment to review AI outputs.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for automation.
• Share feedback and insights with team leaders and EPD.
• Participate in testing and rollout of AI tools.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
