Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines is seeking a Specialist in Payroll Services to ensure accurate end-to-end US payroll processing. You will handle semi-monthly and biweekly cycles, final pay calculations, and payroll data audits while maintaining detailed records and timely inquiries resolution.

The role requires 3+ years of US payroll experience, proficiency in SAP HR and ECP, and strong Excel skills. You will support HR Direct and Employee Central, and may work night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business or equivalent.
• 3+ years US payroll processing experience end-to-end.
• Experience with SAP HR, ECP, MyServices.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll inputs per schedule and checklists.
• Handle semi-monthly/biweekly US payrolls and GL postings.
• Perform final pay calculations and off-cycle pay adjustments.
• Manage payroll mailbox and respond to employee inquiries.
• Provide backup support to payroll team and HR Direct liaison.
• Perform year-end uploads, testing and reconciliations.
