Job summary

Tutor Me Education 1 is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to coordinate instructors, track student progress, and deliver quality customer service in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has payroll experience (ADP preferred), strong time management and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a virtual environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, with experience supporting regional operations and scheduling for students and teachers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with payroll management and virtual operations.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructors and monitor student progress.
• Provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations.
• Manage class schedules and tutoring sessions to meet staffing targets.
• Maintain high standards for financial, academic, and customer service practices.
• Engage with students and families to ensure positive outcomes.
