Job summary

Tutor Me Education LLC seeks an Educational Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes and regional operations in a fully remote role. You will coordinate instructors, track student progress, and deliver quality customer service. Requirements include ADP payroll experience, strong time management, and excellent virtual communication.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Work-from-home setup and collaboration with partners globally are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling payroll through ADP payroll provider is preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
• Professional and approachable demeanor in virtual settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructors and track student progress to support operations.
• Perform payroll-related tasks to support regional operations.
• Provide outstanding academic services to students and families.
• Operate in a fully remote virtual environment.
• Maintain operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
• Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
• Manage virtual tutoring sessions and staff scheduling.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and program outcomes.
• Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress.
• Engage with customers and partners to maintain relationships and resolve conflicts.
