Job summary

E2C International is seeking a Payroll / Accounting Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll, core bookkeeping, financial reconciliations, and general accounting operations. You will work remotely part-time, coordinating with leadership and external partners to ensure accurate payroll and organized financials.

Ideal candidates have experience in payroll, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable, and are proficient with QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite, plus spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with payroll software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing & Submission: collect, verify, and organize payroll details and process pay cycles.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: reconcile payroll registers with bank transactions and ledgers; prepare summary reports.
• Record Maintenance & Support: maintain payroll records, audit trails, and tax/benefit docs; resolve discrepancies.
