Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payments Product Specialist based in Spain to oversee daily payment operations across multiple brands and optimize payment routing using PaymentIQ. You will collaborate with Customer Support, Commercial, Integration and Backend teams to resolve issues and enhance the payment experience in a fast-growing global environment.

The role requires hands-on configuration, monitoring, and improvement of payment processes, with a strong emphasis on reliability and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and operating PaymentIQ or similar platform.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, lifecycles and transaction monitoring.
• Technical aptitude with configurations, orchestration rules and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Experience working in transaction-heavy environments (fintech, iGaming, e-commerce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payment operations across multiple brands and monitor transactions.
• Configure payment rules to optimize routing and performance.
• Assist with integration of new payment providers into existing systems.
• Monitor PaymentIQ performance and resolve issues impacting availability.
• Collaborate with Support, Commercial, Integration, and Backend teams.
• Investigate transaction errors with timely resolutions.
• Provide guidance on payment configurations and troubleshooting.
• Document configurations, rules, processes and troubleshooting steps.
• Strive for consistent, seamless experience across brands and payment methods.
