Qualifications

• Preferably college graduate or at least two years in college.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls according to procedure and departmental standards.
• Collect patients' outstanding balance.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality by keeping a good attendance record.
