Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or call center roles.
• Experience troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues.
• Experience supporting patients or end users a plus.
• Able to learn new software and processes quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve EHR portal issues for patients.
• Guide patients through scheduling, billing, and proxy workflows.
• Assist with installation and use of virtual meeting software for telehealth.
• Aim for First Contact Resolution during interactions.
• Document issues and resolutions in ITSM tickets and escalate when needed.
• Maintain professional and courteous conduct in all interactions.
