Qualifications

• Experience using WellSky or similar billing platforms.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing and insurance basics.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Must have a dedicated Windows PC and reliable internet.
• Comfort with VoIP calling and documenting calls accurately.

Responsibilities

• Call patients to notify and collect copays after visits.
• Explain billing and insurance details clearly to patients.
• Document calls and updates in WellSky and billing systems.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and maintain timely communication.
• Assist with posting payments, submitting claims, and verifying coverage.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
