Qualifications

• Degree or strong background in ECE, psychology, community development, social sciences, or similar.
• Exposure to schools, families, children, customer-facing work, operations, partnerships, or community-facing work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with school leaders, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Learn the platform and build relationships with preschools.
• Book and lead discovery meetings, onboard partner schools, and deliver teacher training.
• Expand role into operations, marketing support, and product feedback.
• Train teachers to interpret assessment results and apply next steps.
• Flag platform bugs and create workarounds for schools.
