We're hiring a Partnerships & Operations Associate to grow and support our partner network.

Beamly is the developmental intelligence platform for preschools and early-years education. Through SmartAssessment™, we help schools structure what teachers already know about each child into clear whole-child profiles, progress over time, and practical next steps — and we’re scaling that across the Philippines.

You'll sell it, train it, and help us scale it. We hire for learning speed, not years of experience.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on startup role.

You'll spend your first month learning the platform and building relationships with preschools. By month two, you'll be booking and leading discovery meetings, onboarding partner schools, and delivering teacher training independently. Over time, the role expands into operations, marketing support, and product feedback.

Day-to-day, this means: walking a sceptical principal through how SmartAssessment fits her existing classroom practices; training teachers so they can confidently interpret assessment results and apply next steps themselves; flagging platform bugs or usability issues and creating workarounds for schools in the interim.

When something isn't working, you identify the problem and propose a fix before being asked. If you prefer clearly defined roles and detailed instructions, this will not be a fit.

This is not a diagnostic or clinical role — your developmental knowledge is used to train, support, and build credibility with schools.

What Matters Most

Cognitive sharpness. You grasp new concepts quickly and structure your thinking clearly. When a principal pushes back, you listen for the real concern behind the question and respond to that — not the surface objection. This is the primary filter.

Communication clarity. You explain ideas simply and can hold credible conversations with school leaders and parents in the same afternoon.

Ownership. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks. You act without waiting for instructions, notice gaps and close them, and operate comfortably without a rigid playbook.

ECE literacy is the credibility foundation for working with schools. You need to understand developmental milestones and communicate structured observations clearly. But we prioritise how fast you learn over how long you've been in the field.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

• A degree or strong background in a relevant field, such as ECE, psychology, community development, social sciences, or similar
• Some exposure to schools, families, children, customer-facing work, operations, partnerships, or community-facing work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with school leaders, teachers, and parents

A strong academic track record in any discipline can be a signal — but how you think and apply it matters more. This role rewards people who learn quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership.

Details

Independent contractor, with a path toward permanent roles as we scale. Remote-first and open Philippines-wide, with occasional school visits (more frequent for Metro Manila-based candidates). Reports directly to the founders.
