Job summary

CEDX Systems seeks a Partnership Associate to own deals and partnerships from first contact to signed agreements, then manage ongoing relationships. You will operate without scripts, targeting decision-makers and reporting to the Founder.

This commission-led role includes a real base and uncapped commission, paid monthly, with formal reviews after three months. Remote from India with IST hours and overlap into US Eastern time.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in business development or partnerships with signed agreements.
• Ability to build pipeline from scratch through research and outreach.
• Fluent, confident written and spoken English for high-level conversations.

Responsibilities

• Identify target organisations and initiate conversations yourself.
• Reach decision-makers and conduct discovery to uncover operational problems worth paying to fix.
• Demo CEDX Systems products with product knowledge to address objections.
• Structure, negotiate and close deals and partnership agreements end to end.
• Protect margins by pricing and scoping for profitability, not just signing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CEDX portal.
• Handover to delivery with a written brief and oversee renewal as relationship owner.
• Report weekly in writing on progress, stalls, and changes.
