Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Partner Engagement & Communications Specialist (HubSpot) to manage donor and school partner communications. You will craft engaging emails, design visuals in Canva, and oversee onboarding for new supporters while maintaining HubSpot records.

Generative AI tools will streamline content creation, with weekly deliverables tracked in ClickUp. The role emphasizes proactive communication, donor stewardship, and delivering timely partner touchpoints with a clear brand voice

Qualifications

• Generative AI-assisted copywriting and content creation.
• Email content writing and communication.
• Graphic design and visual content creation.
• Strong written English proficiency for US audiences.
• Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and brand voices.
• Experience in nonprofit donor relations, donor stewardship, or customer success.
• Experience writing for faith-based or values-based audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner touchpoint calendar execution including emails and events.
• Write and design partner emails using FloDesk and HubSpot.
• Create graphics and partner-facing materials in Canva.
• Manage the donor welcome journey for monthly supporters.
• Assist with Partner Statements, donor briefings, and gifts.
• Maintain partner records in HubSpot, including touchpoint history.
• Leverage AI tools to draft and personalize content, ensure brand voice.
• Track tasks and deadlines in ClickUp; submit weekly reports.
