Job summary

LevelUp is seeking a highly analytical Data Analytics & Revenue Reporting Specialist to own recurring SaaS revenue reporting and data quality during monthly close cycles. The role focuses on ARR/MRR analysis, dashboard development, cross-system reconciliations, and troubleshooting data pipelines across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and BigQuery.

The position is a part-time role with an initial onboarding period and potential transition to full-time as projects scale.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in revenue analytics, financial data analysis, BI, or SaaS revenue reporting.
• Thorough understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, ARPU, LTV).
• Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis in BigQuery.
• Spreadsheet proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, modeling).
• BI experience with Looker Studio/Looker or similar tools.
• Data reconciliation across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and BigQuery.
• Strong communication to translate data into leadership-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• ARR & MRR reporting during monthly close and reporting windows.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets for executives.
• Reconcile data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and BigQuery.
• Validate data quality and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
• Support forecasting, metrics definition, and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Data Engineering teams.
