Intelus Agency is seeking a Follow Up Boss Manager for a brand-new, part-time remote role supporting a real estate client. You will own the CRM, manage leads and pipeline, coordinate campaigns, and generate reports and dashboards.

Work directly with the client and occasionally with internal teammates and clients. A reliable home office, stable internet, and disciplined communication are essential to maintain accurate CRM operations and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of specialist-level CRM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss CRM.
• Experience with lead management, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and content.
• Experience creating or maintaining reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and updates within Follow Up Boss CRM.
• Manage leads and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records.
• Manage and monitor the real estate pipeline.
• Coordinate campaigns and related CRM activities.
• Support content creation and coordination as required.
• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate outcomes and activity.
• Provide updates on CRM outcomes every other day while collaborating with internal team members and clients when needed.
