Seamlessassist is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent to reactivate a client database via email, text, and social platforms. You’ll generate and qualify interest, then hand off warm conversations to agents for closing, while tracking outreach activity and logging history for smooth handoffs.

You will work fully remote with full Pacific Time overlap, handling multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram) and leveraging AI tools for faster, personalized messaging.

Qualifications

Familiarity with real estate concepts, including buying/selling processes.
Experience with ISA or lead generation; cold or warm outreach counts.
Strong written English; client communications via email/text/DM.
Proficient AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for drafting and personalization.
Must have full overlap with Pacific Time.
Experience with multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram).
