Job summary

Hireframe is seeking a part-time, remote Account Development Representative to support sales and admin tasks. You’ll back the sales team by handling follow-ups, maintaining the CRM, and ensuring paperwork is closed out.

This role keeps the sales engine running behind the scenes, enabling reps to focus on customers. Schedule is 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM US Central Time; prior HubSpot experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who asks clarifying questions when tasks are unclear.
• Autonomous and able to manage own day and priorities.
• Organized with tidy trackers, inboxes, and paperwork.
• Clear written communicator for client emails and docs.
• CRM experience, with hands-on HubSpot preferred.
• Administrative and sales support background.

Responsibilities

• Send timely email follow-ups to prospects and clients
• Manage and maintain HubSpot: log activity, update contacts, and keep deal stages current
• Update sales and pipeline trackers for accuracy
• Prepare and process paperwork for closed deals
• Keep the sales lead organized: calendar, open tasks, follow-up reminders
• Handle occasional client-facing communication, mostly by email
