Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work remotely from the Philippines. This part-time position offers 20 hours per week with potential to move to full-time, and falls on Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM MST.

The role focuses on managing client inquiries, offering creative event ideas, and building lasting client relationships for a premier luxury brand. You will respond to inquiries via Email and Instagram Direct Messages, maintain client records, and support

Qualifications

5+ years of customer service experience supporting US-based businesses.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
Fluent written and spoken English with a warm, professional communication style.
Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home office setup.

Responsibilities

Manage client inquiries via Email and Instagram Direct Messages.
Respond to client requests with enthusiasm and warmth.
Learn client preferences to offer personalized service and ideas.
Initiate conversations to drive brand loyalty with potential and returning clients.
Maintain detailed client profiles and records of communications.
