Job summary

Jobs360 is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to work from home in a morning shift. The role focuses on paraplanning, preparing SOAs/ROAs, and ensuring regulatory compliance for Australian clients.

You will interpret meeting notes, maintain client records in Xplan, and support the adviser with research, modelling, and document preparation. Strong English skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Australian financial planning experience.
• Strong hands-on experience using Xplan (Essential).
• Proven paraplanning experience including drafting SOAs, interpreting client notes, and preparing documents.
• Experience working within an Australian financial planning practice (Essential).
• Familiarity with Australian financial planning regulations and compliance requirements (Essential).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and other financial planning documentation.
• Interpret client meeting notes and prepare compliant financial advice documents.
• Maintain and update client records using Xplan.
• Conduct financial modelling, research, and analysis to support the Financial Adviser.
• Ensure all advice documents comply with Australian regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the Financial Adviser and support staff to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Review and update client information, strategy documents, and implementation paperwork.
• Provide general paraplanning and administrative support as required.
