Job summary

Offshore 24/7 is hiring a paraplanner to support Australian financial planners from the Philippines on a 100% remote basis. You will prepare client meeting materials, compile and format advice documents, and maintain compliance files ready for audits.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Xplan and common tools used by Australian planners, working closely with qualified professionals on real client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Australian financial planning or related admin support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail given compliance and client outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Planners with file prep, scheduling and documentation for client meetings.
• Prepare and maintain financial planning documents ahead of meetings.
• Keep compliance files audit-ready and complete.
• Track insurance, investment and Centrelink applications to prevent delays.
• Answer client inquiries professionally and route messages.
• Support marketing activities like seminars and newsletters.
