Staffstream is hiring a Para-Broker to backstop the Australian lending pipeline, handling communications, milestones, and document readiness from a remote Philippines base.

You will manage client notifications, chase outstanding items, and support the Director with lender queries and calculations during submission to settlement—delivering accurate, timely updates throughout the loan lifecycle.

Formación

• One to two years of Australian lending experience in para-broker, loan processor, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Australian mortgage and commercial lending processes.
• Ability to manage a live pipeline of 10–15 concurrent deals with proactive follow‑ups.
• Experience using a CRM or loan management system to track applications and client communications.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the active loan pipeline in the CRM with accurate status and milestones.
• Monitor 10–15 concurrent deals across stages and identify blockers.
• Conduct lender policy research and product comparisons to support submissions.
• Perform loan calculations and serviceability assessments for applications.
• Prepare and organise application documentation for lodgement.
