Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a Para-Broker to backstop the loan pipeline for Australian finance and insurance lending. You will maintain milestones, handle client communications, and support deal progression across commercial and residential transactions.

The role requires prior Australian lending knowledge, strong organisation, and the ability to manage 10–15 concurrent deals while communicating professionally on behalf of the Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in Australian lending environment (para-broker/loan processor).
• Knowledge of loan application process, lenders' requirements, and live pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage active loan pipeline in CRM across 10–15 deals at varying stages.
• Send client notifications and follow-ups throughout the loan process.
• Perform loan calculations and research to support submissions.
• Prepare and organise application documentation for submission.
