Qualifications

• Experience in an Australian mortgage brokerage environment is mandatory.
• Strong residential lending knowledge, including complex self-employed files and multi-property portfolios.
• Excellent English communication; decisive, professional delivery with clear objectives.

Responsibilities

• Revive and triage high-volume inbound leads to re-engage prospects.
• Schedule discovery conversations to pre-qualify borrowers and book consultations for senior brokers.
• Coordinate with senior brokers to collect outstanding client documentation.
• Maintain authoritative, direct communication to prevent pre-lodgement bottlenecks.
• Learn the firm’s credit assessment methods to progressively write deals.
